Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our ductile iron valves, shipping, quality control, and OEM services.
What is the typical lead time for an order of PN16 gate valves?
For standard sizes (DN50-DN300), we usually maintain stock and can ship within 7-10 days. Custom orders or large quantities typically take 25-30 days.
Do your valves comply with DIN or GOST standards?
Yes, our ductile iron valves are designed to meet DIN3352, BS5163, and GOST standards, making them fully suitable for European, Philippine, and Central Asian markets.
Can you provide a Material Test Report (MTC) with the shipment?
Absolutely. Every batch comes with an MTC ensuring the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the ductile iron.
Do you offer global shipping, especially to Central Asia, Russia, and Southeast Asia?
Yes, we provide worldwide shipping. We have extensive export experience specifically tailored to Southeast Asia, Russia, and the five Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan). Whether by sea freight to ASEAN ports or land/rail transport to Almaty and Moscow, we ensure safe and efficient delivery of your valves.
Do you provide OEM services or custom casting with our brand logo?
Yes, we offer comprehensive OEM and ODM services. We can cast your brand logo directly onto the valve body and customize the epoxy coating color (e.g., Blue, Red, Black) to match your company's specific requirements.
How do you guarantee the quality of the valves before delivery?
Every single valve undergoes strict 100% hydrostatic pressure testing for both the shell and the seat according to EN12266-1 and API 598 standards before leaving our factory. We never ship untested products.
What type of anti-corrosion coating is applied to the valves?
Our ductile iron valves are coated inside and outside with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) powder. The coating thickness is guaranteed to be at least 250 microns, providing excellent corrosion resistance for underground and water treatment applications.
Are your resilient seated gate valves suitable for both drinking water and sewage?
Yes. For potable (drinking) water applications, we use WRAS-approved EPDM rubber for the wedge. For sewage or wastewater systems, we equip the valves with high-quality NBR rubber to ensure maximum durability and sealing performance.
